    Select ‘Send for Signature’ when you land on the signature section of the application.

    Go to email inbox and look for the email from “Oneday Insurance Admin” with the subject line: Life Insurance Application — Oneday - Signature requested by Oneday Insurance Admin.

    Once in the email the client needs to press or click on the blue “Review and sign” button.

    Once the signature portal loads up, the client needs to select the blue “Get started” button. On a smart phone, this button will be more visible versus on a PC or laptop.

    Once the client selected Get Started the system will bring them to the first signature. To sign the client must click or press the box that says “click to sign”. The blue next button brings them to the next signature, if needed.

    Once the client selected click to sign, there is an option to either draw or type the signature. Either or is acceptable. To avoid an additional signature click afterwards, have the client select “insert everywhere” for all signature spots to be signed at once.

    Once signed, the next button is the blue “Continue” button

    Once the client presses continue, the final button is this blue “I Agree” button. Once the client presses this, the signature will verify on your end.

    On your end, press the “Verify Status” button. Once pressed, if signed, you will see a green checkmark and be able to proceed to the next step!
