Status Description
Active The policy is in good standing, payments will continue to process normally.
FPM The client has missed their first payment, please look at the specific transaction details for more information.
NSF 1 The client has missed a payment, please look at the specific transaction details for more information.
NSF 2 The client has missed 2 payments in a row - they currently do not have any coverage but they can reinstate without paperwork but making 2 payments, please look at the specific transaction details for more information.
Invalid Bank Account 1 The client has missed a payment and will need updated banking to continue making payments, please look at the specific transaction details for more information. Updated banking can be emailed to [email protected].
Invalid Bank Account 2 The client has missed 2 payments in a row - they currently do not have any coverage and will need updated banking to continue making payments. They can reinstate without paperwork but making 2 payments, please look at the specific transaction details for more information. Updated banking can be emailed to [email protected].
Stopped Payment The client has put a stop payment for Oneday TPA Inc. transactions. They will need to left this or provide new banking, no future payments can be taken. Updated banking can be emailed to [email protected].
Account Closed The bank returned the payment that the account has been closed we will need new banking to go forward with payments. Updated banking can be emailed to [email protected].
Cancellation Request The client has communicated with Oneday TPA Inc., Humania or, their agent that they would like to cancel their policy. Without instructions emailed to [email protected] we cannot proceed with payments.
Lapsed The coverage is no longer active, reinstatement forms and all missing premiums would need to be submitted to reinstate the policy.
